Regarding Martin Madura
We have known Martin Madura since last summer when he began his search for a house for our family in West Vancouver.
Martin embodies the perfect balance of professionalism and personality.He worked tirelessly to find properties which matched the price and value spectrum that we wanted and persisted until he found the perfect house-more remarkable yet, considering the fact that we live in California. After an efficiently managed preview and inspection process, he negotiated the best price for us beyond our expectations.
Martin continued to work closely with us during and after the difficult cross-boarder escrow process and even managed to find a tenant for us before a property management company even began to process our application.
Of the 3 dozen or so Realtors we have known in the U.S. and Canada, Martin is by far our favorite.We will continue to rely on him for all our future Realty needs in Vancouver and are pleased to give Martin Madura two enthusiastic thumbs up.
